These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AudioLearn’s website, products, digital study resources, customer account features, and related services. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Using AudioLearn
AudioLearn provides study resources, including digital audiobooks, eBooks in PDF where identified, print materials, practice content, and related tools. Our materials are intended for personal educational use. They do not guarantee a particular exam score, certification, admission decision, job outcome, or other result.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, making a purchase, or contacting us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
Orders, pricing, and access
Prices, product formats, availability, and access details may change. The applicable price and product description are shown at checkout. We may correct errors in pricing or product information and, where appropriate, cancel or refuse an order.
Digital products are made available according to the format and access details shown on the relevant product page and in your order confirmation. Physical products, if selected, are subject to the delivery terms communicated at checkout. Return, cancellation, and refund eligibility is governed by the policy displayed at checkout or any separate applicable policy.
Personal license and permitted use
When you purchase a digital AudioLearn product, AudioLearn grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use that product for your own study. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, rent, share, publish, modify, reverse engineer, or make the content available to others except where expressly permitted by law or by written authorization from AudioLearn.
Intellectual property
AudioLearn and its licensors own the site, products, course content, text, audio, artwork, trademarks, and other materials. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. Exam, certification, institution, and organization names may be trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the subject matter a product is designed to help you study.
Educational information and third-party materials
Course content is educational and general in nature. It is not medical, legal, financial, professional, or other individualized advice. Verify current exam requirements, laws, regulations, and professional standards with the relevant official source. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience; those services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the site and products available and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features or content when reasonably necessary. Where a purchased digital product is materially affected, we will handle the issue in accordance with applicable law and our stated policies.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AudioLearn provides the site and products on an “as is” and “as available” basis and disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AudioLearn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products. Termination
We may suspend or end access to the site or a digital product if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the service, or use content in a way that infringes rights or harms the service. You may stop using AudioLearn at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
