How do I know an edition is current?

The edition and publication details appear on the product page. Compare them with the requirements provided by your instructor, school, exam owner, or licensing authority.

Formats and access

What is included?

Only the selected format or the items explicitly listed on a bundle page are included.

Where are digital purchases?

Sign in to the account used at checkout and open My Library or Downloads.

Can I listen offline?

Offline availability depends on the selected product and supported app features. Review the product access details.

Can I share files?

Purchases are licensed for the purchaser’s permitted use. Redistribution, public posting, resale of digital files, and unauthorized account sharing are not allowed.

Orders and shipping

Where is my receipt?
